2025 Year in Review: Building Homes, Communities, and New Chapters Together

A Look Back at 2025: Ascot Homes’ Year in Review

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year filled with incredible progress, meaningful partnerships, and new beginnings for homebuyers across Moore, Hoke, and Harnett counties.

For us, this year wasn’t about hitting numbers or checking boxes, it was about growing in the right ways, strengthening our foundation, and continuing to make homeownership attainable for more families, including the military members who serve our community every day.

Below is a look back at some of the moments that shaped our year, inspired our team, and moved Ascot Homes forward as we head into 2026.

New Communities. New Chapters. New Places to Call Home.

Saddle Run — Our Debut in Hoke County

This community marked our expansion into Hoke County, we successfully closed out Phase 1 and are already preparing to release Phase 2 in early–mid 2026. This launch represents an exciting step forward as we continue offering more attainable homes for first-time buyers and military families near Fort Bragg.

Ravensbrook — Continuing a Signature Southern Pines Community

Ravensbrook has long been one of Ascot Homes’ most recognized and beloved neighborhoods. This year, we continued building out Phases 2 and 3, with incredible buyer interest as soon as homes were released. Looking ahead, we’ll be launching the 4th and final phase in 2026 and presales have already begun.

Shaw Landing — Affordable Living in Southern Pines

In 2024 we introduced Shaw Landing, bringing thoughtfully designed single-family homes to an unbeatable location in Southern Pines. Now in 2025 we launched our 2nd phase and are finishing our final inventory homes and celebrating the families who have already started their next chapter here.

Bradford Village Townhomes — First-Time Buyer Friendly & Walkable to Downtown Southern Pines

This community has been a standout success. Offering low-maintenance living and an incredible walkable location, Bradford Village Townhomes quickly became a favorite among first-time homebuyers looking for convenience, affordability, and modern design.

Townhomes on Bennett — Luxury Living Near Downtown

We are putting the finishing touches on our final luxury townhome building at Townhomes on Bennett. Heading into 2026, only one building remains to be completed! A milestone that reflects how strongly buyers have embraced this elevated, lock-and-leave lifestyle.

The Carolina — A Move-Up Experience in Southern Pines

Our newest phase at The Carolina opened this year, offering a curated mix of floor plans perfect for growing families and those moving into their next chapter of life. With community amenities, and the charm of Southern Pines, it’s no surprise this phase has been extremely popular.

Badgers Court — A New Affordable Community from the $200s

This year, we began developing an all-new community in Vass, designed to bring affordable homes starting in the $200s to a highly desirable pocket of Moore County and proximity to Fort Bragg. With the first homes already going vertical, this community is shaping up to be a wonderful opportunity for first-time homebuyers and military families.

Carriage Hills — New Phase Released in Carthage

We launched the next phase of Carriage Hills, continuing to offer thoughtfully designed homes in a peaceful Carthage setting. Buyers looking for more space without sacrificing convenience have especially gravitated to this community.

Coming Soon: Kings Ford in Aberdeen

Toward the end of this year, we also began development on Kings Ford, our newest community in Aberdeen. This exciting addition will bring fresh opportunities for buyers in 2026 seeking single family homes affordably priced from the $300's! More details coming soon.

Strengthening Our Community Impact

2025 wasn’t just about the homes we built, it was about the people we served.

  • Supporting Habitat for Humanity
Our team had the privilege of partnering with Habitat for Humanity this year, with team members volunteering on a home build for a local family. It was a meaningful reminder of why we do what we do: helping people find a safe, stable place to call home.

  • Serving Our Military Community
As a builder deeply connected to Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall, supporting military families is at the heart of who we are. This year, we donated to local Support Our Troops initiatives, ensuring active-duty service members and veterans felt our appreciation in a tangible way.

Investing in Professional Growth

To continue raising the bar on quality and service, our team participated in numerous HBA events, industry trainings, and even attended the International Builders’ Show. These touchpoints help us stay innovative and continuously improve the homebuying experience.

A Major Milestone: Ascot Homes Named a Top 200 U.S. Builder

One of the most meaningful moments of 2025 was being recognized as a Top 200 U.S. Builder by ProBuilder, an NAHB publication.

For our team, this wasn’t a moment of celebration for ourselves, it was a reflection of the trust homebuyers have placed in us and a testament to how far Ascot Homes has come over the past few years. It’s a reminder that growth is not just possible, it’s happening.

Looking Ahead: The Best Is Yet to Come in 2026

If 2025 was the year of momentum, 2026 will be the year of meaningful growth. We’re entering the new year with exciting community launches, enhanced digital tools for buyers, and a continued commitment to what matters most:

Crafting thoughtfully designed homes for every chapter of life and creating places where the best moments happen.

To every family who trusted us this year: thank you.
To every partner who worked alongside us: we appreciate you.
And to every future Ascot homeowner: we can’t wait to welcome you home.
